Yes. It is free to use in your browser with no account, login, or download required.
When Overtime is enabled, hours above 40 in the current date range are overtime and multiplied by your overtime pay rate (default 1.5× your hourly rate).
Yes. Enter break duration as hh:mm (for example 00:30 or 01:00). That time is subtracted from the day’s worked hours.
Yes. If end time is earlier than start time, the calculator treats the shift as crossing midnight and still computes the correct hours.
